How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes around 5–7 business days after your order has been processed.
Do you deliver across South Africa?
Yes. Kelden delivers across South Africa. Delivery options and final shipping costs will be shown during checkout where applicable.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive your delivery or tracking details by email or SMS where available.
Can I change my delivery details after ordering?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and updated delivery details.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Kelden uses secure online checkout to help protect your payment and order details.
What payment methods do you accept?

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation by email with your order details.
Salt & Pepper Grinder Set
Does the grinder set use batteries?
No. The Kelden Electric Salt & Pepper Grinder Set is rechargeable, so you do not need disposable batteries.
How does the charging work?
The grinders charge by being placed back onto the charging stand. The stand connects using a USB-C cable.
Is the USB-C cable included?
Yes. The box includes the charging stand and USB-C cable.
Can I adjust the coarseness?
Yes. The grinder set has adjustable coarseness control, allowing you to choose a finer or coarser grind depending on the meal.
Does it have a light?
Yes. The grinder includes a built-in light to help you see where you are seasoning, especially when plating or serving.
Is it refillable?
Yes. The grinders are refillable and designed for everyday use with suitable salt and pepper.
Care & Use
How do I clean the grinder set?
Wipe the exterior with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not submerge the grinders or charging stand in water.
Can I use wet salt or other spices?
For best performance, use dry salt and pepper only. Avoid wet ingredients, oily spices, or anything that may clog the grinder mechanism.
Where should I keep the grinder set?
Keep it on a dry kitchen counter, dining area, or storage space away from direct water exposure. The charging stand is designed to keep the set neat and ready for daily use.
Returns & Support
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and help with the next steps.
Can I return my product?
Returns are handled according to our store returns policy. Please make sure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and contact us before sending anything back.
